John A. Versfelt - Chairman, President, Chief Executive Officer & Director
Mr. Versfelt has over 26 years experience providing leadership, management consulting, chief financial office, administration and paralegal/regulatory services to private and public companies. Serving in a variety of roles as a Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer over the last number of years, he has been responsible for strategic planning, corporate development and finance, administration and accounting, and legal and regulatory compliance. Mr. Versfelt is the driving force behind International Millennium Mining Corp. and has been a Senior Officer and a Director of the Company since October, 1993.
Calvin Lucyshyn, CA - Controller & CFO
Mr. Lucyshyn has held senior financial positions in the drilling industry for over ten years. During that time he implemented management information systems, controls and reporting procedures for existing divisions and new acquisitions, and was responsible for project accounting processes and financial reporting. With NQL Energy Services Inc., a drilling equipment provider with locations in Canada, USA, Venezuela, the Netherlands and the Middle East, he was involved in strategic planning, acquisitions, due diligence and business development. He was the Controller at The Crossing Company, a horizontal drilling company with operations in Canada and the USA. Mr. Lucyshyn received his Chartered Accountant designation in 1993.

Mr. Versfelt, has been a senior officer and a director of the Company since October 1993. He is also a Director, Chairman, President and CEO of Cabo Drilling Corp., a Canadian drilling service company and a British Columbia reporting issuer trading on the TSX Venture Exchange. He is the President of American Resource Management Consultants Inc., a company that has provided management consulting, accounting, administration and paralegal/regulatory services to numerous private and public companies, including the Company, for the past 24 years.

Norman E. Brewster - Director
Mr. Brewster, is Vice President and Director of Iberian Minerals Corp. and a Director of Spider Resources Inc., Galantas Gold Corporation and Goldmarca Limited in Toronto, Ontario. He is a professional geoscientist and has been involved in mineral exploration for more than 32 years. He has conducted exploration programs in Spain, Brazil, Venezuela, Morocco and Canada. Mr. Brewster, has been a director of the Company since April 2005.
Alex Caldwell - Director
Mr. Caldwell is deeply experienced in regulatory, legal, and treasury aspects of public companies. He has been Secretary of the Company since June 2001, and Director since May 2003. Prior to joining the Company, he was Assistant Corporate Secretary of Aurizon Mines Ltd., providing property management, corporate secretarial and administration services to Aurizon, its predecessor companies and several other Hughes-Lang public companies since June of 1980.
Robert M. Drago - Director
Mr. Drago, is a well known businessman and entrepreneur residing in the Toronto area. He is the co-founder, and has been President and CEO of Ontario Metal Industry Ltd., Drago Mechanical Contracting, and Drago Mechanical Service Ltd, since 1988. Mr. Drago, has been a director of the Company since April 2005.
Peter M. Miller - Director
Mr. Miller has 39 years experience in the global mining industry, commencing his career as a geologist at the West Rand gold mines in South Africa. Mr. Miller then became involved in the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. In the late 1970’s he was voted the country’s top mining analyst on several occasions. Shortly thereafter, he was the founding member and director of MasterBore, which grew, over a five year period, to become South Africa’s second largest drilling company. Mr. Miller, subsequently held senior positions in the corporate finance and research departments of both Shearson Lehman Brothers and Yorkton Securities. Currently, Mr. Miller is President & CEO of Iberian Minerals Corp, which is developing the Aguas Tenidas copper/zinc project in southwestern Spain and is expected to achieve commercial production in the latter half of next year.
James M. Patterson - Director
Dr. Patterson, is a well-rounded industry professional, experienced with major and junior exploration companies and consultant groups in Canada, Ireland, SE Asia and South America. He brings with him a solid understanding of mineral exploration, mining development, investor relations, funding generation and environmental management. He was Vice President Exploration for FNX Mining Company Inc. from April 2002 to May 2005, Vice President and Executive Consultant from May 2005 to July 2006 and continues to serve as Consultant and Qualified Person for FNX. Dr. Patterson has served on the boards of several other public companies including Luzon Minerals Ltd and is currently a board member of Merrex Gold Inc. and Piper Capital Inc.
