Overview

IMMC holds a 100% interest, subject to the terms and conditions of its agreement with Silver Reserve Corp., in 121 claims covering approximately 2,280 acres, in the Silver Peak mining district.

Silver-gold mineralization at Nivloc is classified as being a quartz-adularia epithermal vein system. While the Nivloc Mine was mined and milled from 1937 to 1943 by Desert Silver Inc. a considerable un-mined (historic non NI 43-101 compliant and therefore not be relied upon) resource of 621,314 short tons at a grade of 4.5 oz/t Ag and 0.03 oz/t Au was documented by Anaconda Minerals Company in 1951 and by Sunshine Mining Company in the mid-1980s.

2011 Drill Program - Approximately 7,500 meters drilled from January, 2011 to date to confirm mineralization outlined in historic exploration programs and to delineate other mineralized zones proximal to the existing, historic, underground workings. IMMC’s objective is to obtain enough current information to classify the mineralized zones as resources in compliance with NI 43-101 standards.

The drilling has outlined a broad area of mineralization (15 to 40 metres wide) that contains narrower, high-grade lenses. To date 24 of 28 drill holes have intersected silver-gold mineralization including intervals that are of economic grades. Some of the more significant intersections include those from the first successfully completed hole, drill hole 11NL-5 and one of the latest holes for which assays have been received, drill hole 11NL-21.
