International Millennium Announces Board Changes
Vancouver, B.C. - International Millennium Mining Corp. (the “Company”) announces the appointment of Mr. Robert M. Drago and Mr. Norman E. Brewster to its Board.
Mr. Drago, is a well known businessman and entrepreneur residing in the Toronto area. As cofounder, he has served as President and CEO of Ontario Metal Industry Ltd., Drago Mechanical Contracting, and Drago Mechanical Service Ltd, since 1988.
Mr. Brewster is Vice President and Director of PGM Ventures Corp., President of Simberi Gold Corporation and a Director of Spider Resources Inc. in Toronto. He is a professional geoscientist and has been involved in mineral exploration for more than 32 years, conducting exploration programs in Brazil, Venezuela, Morocco and Canada for gold, precious metals and diamonds, carrying out negotiations with respect to property acquisitions and financings and completing project evaluations which have resulted in project acquisitions in Papua New Guinea and the Peoples Republic of China.
The Company welcomes both Mr. Drago and Mr. Brewster to its Board and also announces it has accepted, with regret, the resignation of Mr. Jim Philip from its Board. Mr. Philip has served the Company since 1994 and is a Chartered Accountant with Morgan & Company in Vancouver.
