IMMC Obtains Loan to Continue Drill Program at Nivloc

North Vancouver, BC:  International Millennium Mining Corp. (TSX-V: IMI) (the “Company”) announces it has accepted a private loan offer for up to $400,000 from an insider of the Company. The loan will have a term of up to one year at 10% interest. Under the conditions of the loan the Company shall repay the loan by paying 25% of the net proceeds of any private placements completed by the Company to a maximum of $400,000, plus interest owing. The Company shall also pay bonus shares, at $0.15 per share, equal to 10% of the loan amount.

The Company will pay up to an 8% finder’s fee, payable in Company shares, at $0.15 per share.

The Company will use the proceeds of the private placement for exploration work on the Company’s Silver and Gold Project located in southwestern Nevada and its Hope Lake, Ontario property, as well as for working capital.
