Robert M. Drago - Director, President & CEO
Mr. Drago, is a businessman and entrepreneur residing in the Toronto area. He was the President and CEO of Ontario Metal Industry Ltd., Drago Mechanical Contracting, and Drago Mechanical Service Ltd, between 1988 and 2004. Mr. Drago, has been a director of the Company since April, 2005.
Michael Prinsloo - Director
Mr. Prinsloo began his career in South Africa with Anglo American Corporation in 1972, where he was involved in the development of projects in various African countries. During his twenty-five (25) years with Anglo American Mr. Prinsloo held a number of executive positions in Anglo American’s Gold Division, including Mine Manager of the Freegold, West Wits and Vaal Reef Mines. Mr. Prinsloo has also held positions as President and CEO of Banro Corporation, Executive Vice President of Goldfields Limited and President and CEO of Durban Roodepoort Deep Limited. Mr. Prinsloo is presently a Professional Engineer registered with the Engineering Counsel of South Africa. Mr. Prinsloo has been a director of the Company since June 2017.
Sébastien Vermeire - Director
Mr. Vermeire is an experienced professional, who has worked for Dredging International NV since 2001. Mr. Vermeire, who earned his Master’s in Geology from the University of Ghent, Belgium, in 1997, has been a project manager for Dredging International in Panama, Belgium, Colombia and Brazil. Mr. Vermeire has been a director of the Company since December, 2017.
DARREN TIMMER - Director & CORPORATE SECRETARY
Mr. Timmer has over 15 years of regulatory and policy experience, providing administration and paralegal/regulatory services to private and public companies since 2005. Mr. Timmer was the President of Coquitlam Search and Rescue Society from 2014 to 2016 and a Board Member from 2008 to 2018. Mr. Timmer earned a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Geography from the University of Victoria in 2001 and a Master of Arts in Geography from the University of Guelph in 2004. Mr. Timmer has been an Officer of the Company since 2011.
